Refund policy

The following are our terms and conditions that constitute our refund policy.  

Refunds may be issued for the following reasons: 

Note, Exclusions may apply due to certain circumstances. In most cases we send replacements when an error has been made.

_Order was not delivered.

_Wrong order was received.

 

Refunds are not Issued for the following reasons:

_No longer in need of a product.

_Deciding to cancel order post shipment.

_Product isn’t what you expected.

_Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped.

_Order delivered to the wrong address due to invalid address given by the customer.

_No picture/video proof of defective product.

_Returns are not accepted once the original packaging has been opened. 

_Refunds are not issued for orders 5 days after the delivery date
