The following are our terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Note: orders are not processed on certain holidays. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, there may be a few days delay in shipment. PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for delays that occur during transit. 

Holiday Shipping Notice: Though we typically ship out 1-2 business days after an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas due to delays that can potentially be experienced during transit. Postal carriers have been experiencing long delays due to the high volume of packages that are currently being shipped. We will do everything on our end to get your order to you as soon as possible, we thank you for your patience! 

Delays in transit may occur due to postal operation errors, weather conditions, and more.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: We do not ship to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages: Fropro.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If a package arrives damaged please contact us at orders@fropro.com immediately.

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Incorrect Address given on Customers Behalf: We are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address if it was given by the customer. Customer is responsible to input the correct address and review it to ensure it is accurate.

Refunds may be issued for the following reasons: Note, Exclusions may apply due to certain circumstances. In most cases we send replacements when an error has been made.

_Order was not delivered.

_Wrong order was received.

 

Refunds are not Issued for the following reasons:

_No longer in need of a product.

_Deciding to cancel order post shipment.

_Product isn’t what you expected.

_Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped.

_Order delivered to the wrong address due to invalid address given by the customer.

_No picture/video proof of defective product.

_Returns are not accepted once the original packaging has been opened. 

_Refunds are not issued for orders 5 days after the delivery date
